01
A 1960s Willow Glen home with ficus roots in the front yard and a line that backs up every fall.
What we do: We camera the line, jet out the roots, and line the damaged run with CIPP. The ficus stays, the lawn stays, and the line gets a seamless wall roots can't penetrate.
→ No more fall backups, no trench through the front yard, and a written warranty on the liner.
02
A Downtown San Jose fourplex where the main line runs under a shared concrete courtyard.
What we do: Pipe bursting from two small pits at either end replaces the collapsed section without cutting the courtyard. We schedule the work around tenant hours so nobody loses water for long.
→ New HDPE line, courtyard intact, and tenants back to normal the same evening.
03
An Evergreen home with a bellied line that's been snaked three times in two years.
What we do: We locate the belly with the camera and burst that section to correct grade. New pipe, proper fall, no more pooling solids.
→ The recurring backup stops, and the homeowner stops paying for a snake job every spring.
04
An Almaden Valley property with a cracked cast iron line and a scheduled home sale inspection.
What we do: We camera the line, document the defects, and complete a CIPP reline before the buyer's inspection. You get the before-and-after footage and the PACP report to hand to the buyer.
→ The sale closes without a sewer contingency surprise, and the new owner has documentation on the line.
